Samaritan’s Purse OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD SHOEBOX COLLECTION

Each year our church family joins with Samaritan’s Purse to fill shoeboxes for children in need around the world. We believe every shoebox gift is an opportunity to reach a child with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and is a means to let them know they are loved and not forgotten.

CHRISTMAS BACKPACKS

The Gillionville family partners yearly with Georgia Baptist to fill Christmas backpacks for the needy children of Appalachia and the state of Georgia. The backpacks are distributed through our local Baptist association.

JEREMIAH 29:11 MISSION IN HONDURAS

Our church has partnered with the Jeremiah 29:11 Mission in Honduras run by missionaries, Chuck and Joyce Harper, originally from South Georgia.

Over the years, several youth and adult teams have traveled to Honduras to serve the children of the Mission. The children of Jeremiah 29:11 Mission have been abandoned, abused and neglected. The mission provides a safe environment of love and acceptance, where the children can hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ and experience unconditional love for the first time in their lives.
